All tickets reserved with us are non-refundable, cannot be modified, and cannot be transferred unless the airline indicates otherwise. You will only be charged after we verify your billing details and confirm your ticket. If the airline policy permits a ticket to be refunded, you will receive the money back, minus any charges, to the payment method used or there will be travel credit/certificate **No refunds will be issued for canceled flights or unused tickets.** If you must change your travel plans, there will be change fees, fare differences, and an additional administration fee—**you cannot change the name on the ticket.**
